This year the Competition Commission is celebrating 10 years of Competition Law enforcement in Mauritius. In this context, we have organised a series of events which culminated into a competition week (7 – 10 October 2019).

During the competition week, the Competition Commission organised a full day conference on the theme “Competition Law and Policy: 10 years of competition law enforcement in Mauritius“.

The conference aimed at bringing together scholars and renowned specialists in the field of competition law and economics, practitioners, representatives of the business community, public officials, representatives of the COMESA Competition Commission and African Competition Forum to debate and discuss on competition related topics.
