As Chair of the African Competition Forum (ACF), the Competition Commission (Mauritius) is pleased to be organising the ACF Biennial Conference 2026 in collaboration with the Namibian Competition Commission, our host in Windhoek on 5–6 November.

This flagship event combines practical capacity building through experience sharing with an important milestone for the Forum: the election, by national ACF members, of its Steering Committee for 2026–2028.

Discussions will address digital markets, innovation, merger enforcement, and coordination with sector regulators. The conference will also mark the launch of the ACF’s collaborative research study on global commodity traders and competition in African food markets.

We look forward to reconnecting with colleagues across the continent and advancing the collective work of the ACF.
