Annual Competition and Economic Regulation (ACER) Week in Mauritius

Three panels and six parallel sessions were held on 5 – 6 October 2023. Amidst, two staff members of the Competition Commission, namely Mr Sudesh Puran, Head Investigations and Dr Prishnee Armoogum, Investigations Officer (Economics), took the floor.

An opening ceremony in the context of the two-day ACER Week Conference was held this Thursday morning 5 October 2023 with Chief Guest Hon. Dr (Mrs.) Marie Christiane Dorine Chukowry, Minister of Commerce and Consumer Protection.

ACER Week introduces a new professional training programme on “Key Principles for Assessing Evidence in Competition Tribunals and Courts” being held this Wednesday 4 October.
